On 28 June 2019, at 2.00 pm, at the “Unione Industriali of Savona”, the lawyer Sara Armella will hold a conference as a speaker on tax deposits for VAT purposes.

The aim of the seminar is to illustrate the advantages and problems connected with customs planning and to provide a normative and jurisprudential overview of the use of VAT deposits, also in light of the recent decisions of the Court of Justice and the Italian Suprem Court.

Planning the costs related to customs operations, even from a financial point of view, is an essential factor in the choices of companies.
