Founded in 2008 by attorney Sara Armella after fifteen years of experience working with Prof. Victor Uckmar, the firm has offices in Milan and Genoa.
The firm’s partners are Sara Armella and Stefano Comisi. The firm has extensive experience in international trade and tax law and advises major Italian and multinational groups. Its areas of recognized expertise at the European level include: international and domestic taxation, customs law, VAT, excise taxes, tax litigation, and criminal tax law.
