A graduate in Law from the University of Genoa, he attended the advanced course in Tax Law at the University of Genoa and the Master in Tax Law at the Catholic University of Milan.

A member of the Genoa Bar Association, after a long experience at a well-known law firm specializing in indirect taxation, from 2019 he joined the team of Studio Armella & Associati, where he has been a partner since January 2024.

He is the author of numerous articles and lectures in seminars and training courses on tax matters.

He is a member of the Customs & trade facilitation working group of the Italian Section of the International Chamber of Commerce. He has participated in the Excise Working Group of the Italian Section of the International Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the board of Greenlane - Trade Lawyers, an association that includes the best law firms experienced in customs matters internationally.
