He earned a law degree from the University of Genoa, completed a specialized course in tax law at the University of Genoa, and earned a master’s degree in tax law from the Catholic University of Milan.

Admitted to the Genoa Bar Association, after many years of experience at a well-known law firm specializing in indirect taxation, he joined the team at Studio Armella & Associati in 2019 and has been a partner there since January 2024.

He is the author of numerous articles and teaches seminars and training courses on tax matters.

He is a member of the Customs & Trade Facilitation Working Group of the Italian Section of the International Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the Excise Taxes Working Group of the Italian Section of the International Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the board of Greenlane – Trade Lawyers, an association comprising leading international law firms specializing in customs matters.
