A graduate in law, with a thesis in tax law, from the University of Genoa, he is a member of the Genoa Bar Association.

After a long experience at a law firm specializing in tax and fiscal law, he joined the team of Armella & Associates Law Firm in April 2024.

Since 2018, he has been collaborating with the Villa Marigola Tax Law Study Center on the realization of training events in taxation and taxation.

He is a member of the Equal Opportunity Committee of the Genoa Bar Association for the three-year term 2024-2027.

Serves as an observer on the Board of Directors of the Italian Young Lawyers Association Genoa section as well as a member of the AIGA National Department of Administrative Justice.
